Alinghi publishes latest amendments in 33rd America’s Cup Protocol

Alinghi published today the latest version of the 33rd America’s Cup Protocol, following the 3 amendments that were agreed upon in the last Competitor meeting in Valencia on March 2nd. The amendments, dated March 6th, 2009 are in articles 1.1.(p), 14.1.(c) and 22.2.
The aim of the first 2 amendments is to loosen the restriction on designers moving between teams as well as clarify the definition of who is a designer.
With Article 22.2, the number of Arbitration Panel members rises from 3 to 5.
